We have usually only had brand new versions of the MCU wet weather jacket but now we can offer a wallet friendlier one that has been used!
In 2013 the NZDF (New Zealand Defence Force) officially changed from its own native DPM camo to the new 'MCU' (Multi-terrainCamouflageUniform). An interesting choice that was a camo variant from the Canadian companyHyperstealth. However, early runs of the wet weather sets were found to be substandard, and early into MCU's life the older DPM sets were substituted until what we see here was finally met with approval.
These jackets are rather roomy for their sizewith plenty of space for a liner, and a large hood for the wearing of cold weather headwear. Not the most flexiblematerialfor fast movements but theyare solid enough to keep a storm off you.
